Cancellation Policy
We respectfully require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, disrupt our schedule and prevent us from accommodating other clients. As a result, appointments canceled within 12 hours or not attended may be subject to a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to restricted booking privileges. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
